Script execution was stopped due to a timeout Error

Hi,

Need help regarding this error. We are receiving the error message "script execution was stopped due to a timeout" every time we input a "whole number" in a Property with a data type of "Number (Real). But if we input a value with a decimal number, it saves without error.

    Sounds like there might be an issue with the way your script handles the value. Could you perhaps share the script? Are you attempting to run calculations or some sort of evaluation on the numeric value?

    There are no script involved in this property nor it is involved in any script, that is why we are confused about this property. By the way, before the error pop ups, there is a loading/lag time of at least 1 minute.

    It looks like some script was definitely involved.  It may not be directly on this property, perhaps an event handler or something.

    If you can click "Details" on the error and paste in the full error stack then we may be able to guide you further.

    So it appears that the Compliance Kit is involved in some way here.  There's no more direct information than that.  I initially wrote that it was the Compliance Kit that's causing this somehow but that's perhaps not entirely true; the CK could be causing something else to happen in the vault which is causing the timeout (e.g. creating objects which causes an event handler which times out).

    Depending upon what you have configured, and how confident you are with that configuration, you may want to involve your local reseller to help you diagnose what's happening here.
