I searched in M-Files Admin and M-Files Manage for an option to reset a password and hoped to find an answer in the M-Files Community.

Well, the M-Files Support ticket was resolved a few minutes ago. The procedure is to ask the user to select the "Forgot password?" link on the M-Files Web login screen or provide the link (https://odyssey.cloudvault.m-files.com/ResetPassword.aspx).
I wondered why there wasn't a "Forgot password?" option somewhere. I did not think of looking for it on the splash screen. I'm glad the Support Agent thought about it this morning. I did this for the impacted user. She is back up and running.
