Assignment with existing Document

When I create an assignment on an existing document it does not at the document link to the metadata card. has this to do with the M-Files version (22.4)? Or do I miss another setting for this? I do not have this problems in other environments with other versions of M-Files.

How are you creating the assignment: in a workflow or manually via the Create menu? Could there be for instance a metadata card configuration rule in this vault that hides the Document property?

Hi Joonas, the assignment is created manually and there is no rule in the metadata card that should hide this
