Multi-line (text) character limitation

There is a 10,000 character limit on text (multi-line), this includes spaces.

I don't think so, you would probably need to check with M-Files though. We were able to have custom code build to restrict the amount of characters to less than the maximum but I'm not sure if there is anyway to exceed the maximum.

10 000 characters is the fixed maximum. If you have more content to store, you would need to split it to several properties, but before doing that I would suggest reviewing your use case to see if there would be some alternative solution available. Since you are working for our reseller, you can contact the local partner team to check the requirements together.
