HEIC - File support format in M-Files

Can you preview these files in Windows Explorer, outside M-Files? Yes, I can preview this files and customer can preview, but not from M-Files Desktop. I checked regedit and
all keys exist in the root for all heic formats.

The previews of the files you search with the quick search are generated on the server side, which may not have the required components, or the library that generates the PDF files for the preview, cannot handle the file format. 

Is the situation the same when you try to preview such files through located in a view?

Hello Timo,

Yes, I can see this file in Windows Explorer preview and I can open this files with standard  paint or photos app but now with M-Files. Regarding  this article I try to do same with heic format because article about PDF format but since January 2021 Registry structure changed and right now as you can see folders and key's are not exist. I can create folder and key, but can you confirm this will not reflect on M-Files functionality? 

Hello Timo I created exactly Keys structure likes appear in solution, Done restart to Client Services and I got same error.

And Photos setup like a default viewer
