M-Files Online downloads are currently not available.

The download site should be available and functional in a couple of days. 

In the meantime how should download the latest version ? Via automatic updates ?

I think you may have caught the website in the process of releasing the latest update.  Apologies for that.  It appears that the download links are working again.
