Image disappears from Word document. Replaced with red X

Hello,

Have any of you faced this problem before? Could even be a Word related problem not even M-Files. I only saw this happen 2 or 3 times and never really found the reason for this happening. It was working fine yesterday, and when the user opened the document today all the pictures looked like this.
