Automatic log-out - any way to keep specified users logged in regardless?

If we are talking about the desktop client automatic logout, I think you would need to set the timeout on each client computer separately if you want different users to have different settings. Perhaps something like GPO could be used. If you specify the inactivity time in the Advanced Vault Settings, then all users will have the same setting.

We are only using the Desktop Client. I already have an automatic log-out set-up, so if we apply the registry settings to the specified computers, do you know whether the registry settings will over-ride the automatic log-out? Thanks!

The setting found in AVS will override the registry setting on the user's computer the next time they log in. So you would need to remove the server-side automatic logout setting and distribute the registry setting some other way with the desired behavior for each user.
