Paste (Replace) document - use new name or title

HI,

We often use Paste (Replace) to ensure we only have 1 version of a document saved in m-files.

For example a customer sends us a PDF of something they want built.

We save it to m-files , the name / Title is "Something to build rev 01"

The customer sends a second version it is called "Something to build rev 02", copy this document and paste (replace) the rev01 document.

This works well ensures that there is only one document and it is the latest. Also History allows us to still see the older versions.

The only issue is the Name / Title remains "Something to build rev 01" I can change the name title manually but it would be great if this was automatic.

Is there a setting where on paste (replace) the Name/Title in M-files is changed to the name of the new document rather than keeping the old name?

Alternatively is there a way in the compliance kit to do this but only when paste (replace) is used?
