M-Files Manage Users login amount (New Cloud)

Hi,

In M-Files Manage Users page there is information about active users in right side of page.


Customer wants to see summary info for all users that are logged in the vault. It says "Active concurrent users", does this list all users for example also read-only users?

Can customers modify how this info is shown in users page? Is there list view for logged in users?

    Hi Jussi, thanks for the question.
    The number in the Manage UI includes all users who have logged in and reserved concurrent license. No other license types are included. This functionality cannot be modified by the Manage users. As of now, it is not possible to see a list of logged in users via Manage.

    In very near future, we are introducing new insights functionality to Manage main page. There will be better information about concurrent license utilization rate over time among few other things.
