Try to make a connection to external sources of mail, exactly Microsoft Exchange and it shows me the following problem.

Additionally, I made the imap4 configuration for the email and in the same way it shows me the following error.
100 NO LOGIN FAILED
To validate connections, I made telnet to office365 and this is right.
