Translate metadata card and workflow notifications

Hello,

I am trying to translate a vault but I am stuck on two elements.

In the Metadata Card, it is possible to translate Group Title, Properties Description and Tooltip, etc. but this has to be done one-by-one by hand. Is there any way to export it in a XML like the Metadata Structure?

I have already looked into Languages and Translations (m-files.com) but it doesn't explain how to do this.

The second element are Notifications in Workflows. For this one, as far as I can see, there is no option at all to translate them. Am I missing something?
