create new object when import object although the object Exist with the same id

there is the issue when Create Object Manual on M-files and Export object into sql db (External db)and Connect the object with the same object id then once completed object refresh the objects were deleted and created a new objects with the same id .so why not mapped with the old object although the old objects had the same id ?
