Is there a way to share a link that opens a blank metadata card - either completely blank or with certain properties - kind of like a template but without an attachment?

Hi, 

Sometimes when we write guidance, an instruction, an email or a page in the intranet, we could right something like "you need to create a request" and the word request is a link to a form.  Can we replicate that functionality with M-Files.. i.e. if you click on request, a blank metadata card for request opens up (that what you dont have to say, click on the plus, select document, select class= xxx).
