Created-Last modified time range error

Are these files imported to M-Files from elsewhere? The Created date shows when the file was added to the vault, so I think that might be one reason why you would see this. Once the document is modified in M-Files, the Last modified date will be updated and it will look more logical then.

Hi Joonas, 

Users add these files to M-Files using the drag-and-drop method. I see that the last modification date is taken as the date when the document was last edited on the local computer. My final question; was the last modification time of documents uploaded before the last version recorded using this method?
