How to change the email text?

Question

So, we have a process that we send email that trigger from script in the workflow. 
 I want to create property that got the text mail. 
 and send it to the user when I got to this stage in the workflow. 
 
 I remember it's came from the notification in the admin.

I'm not sure I fully understood what text you want to modify, but hopefully one of these will help: 
 
 If you want to modify the notification templates, refer to Personalizing Notification Messages 
 If you use the "Send notification" action in the workflow state, you would modify the message in the workflow editor: Send notification and Set properties 
 If you send the notification from your script, the API has SendCustomNotification method which allows you to set the message body.
