HubShare Performance problems

Hello everyone , a customer of us who uses HubShare , reports that HubShare shows very strong performance problems , content loading only very slowly if at all , when the customer showed me this live , HubShare crashed and you were asked to re - register , what can I do to improve the performance , can you please help me ?

It's probably best to open a support issue; forums are not great for these sorts of things. Support can work with you and the customer as needed to investigate the specific hub that you're experiencing issues on.
