Hi,
our customer uses Hubshare for communication with external partners. They would like to force 2FA for specific Hubshare users. It is possible to set it in Hubshare administration but it requires admin action after each user creation. The Hubshare users are created via plugin from Contact Persons (OT).
Is it possible to set 2FA for Hubshare users in Hubshare Plugin configuration to control this feature on specific users from M-Files vault?

Hello Petr,
Unfortunately, there is no "linked" metadata that would force the 2FA for a user within the Hubshare User Object.
But you can force the 2FA for every new external users if you want to. In the M-Files Hubshare settings, as administrator, if you go to the Two-Factor Authentication menu in Administration, you can see this option:
This will be applied to every new external users, even if they're created from the M-Files Plugin for Hubshare.
