Hi all,
I would like to apply a filter on the workflow property in Hubshare in the widget, but I haven't figured out how I can set the configuration.
For example, I would like to filter the status with the selected workflow, like in M-Files, but I can't find the correct setting, or another example is to filter the workflow regarding to the document class as well.
Could you please confirm if that configuration is possible in Hubshare?

Hi Dari,
Currently you still need to use a workaround to see only the correct workflow states (see below). We have plans improve this so that correct states would be shown automatically.

I have a similar question: I need to filter all the documents, no matter the Class, just by Workflow State, but when I try to use the operator "one of" as in M-Files, there's only the "=" operator:
Isn't there a "one of" operator? if not, how do I get that behavior?

You cannot change the operator. You can achieve the "one of" -behavior by adding many lines, as below:
