Select more than one object to edit metadata

Thank you for the improvement idea. We have received this idea also from some other people and we have it already on our backlog. We plan to get the situation improved in our future releases (no exact schedule yet).

Good to hear, there are many things we need to add/update.

- Delete files from Hubshare widgets.

- When Replacing a file it would be nice to have the option to have the name updated automatically. 

- Mobile friendly web site or Hubshare App for IOS & Android.

- Set default properties in Creator widget but still show the options, now we can prefill but not edit the property, would be     great if we could have an option for "Prefill and Show" for many configurations,

- Be able to "group by" in explorer widget. And when adding files it should inherit the "group by" metadata.

- After making a search in Hubshare the search should be cleared when clicking the update button or have a button for it,     now the users have to manually mark the text and delete it.

Couple of comments on what can be done already + one question:

- Delete files from Hubshare widgets.

You could define a workflow state, or a property value, which the Hubshare user can select and configure M-Files to delete the file when this state, or property value is selected. Or, if automation is not wanted, someone could just manually check the items "to be deleted" at M-Files side and delete them.

- When Replacing a file it would be nice to have the option to have the name updated automatically. 

Most of the time when files are replaced the name remains the same. We do have plans to make property editing easier than currently, thus making the name change easier as well.
