Notifications from the M-Files widget

Unfortunately, this is not currently supported. This need has been identified and we do have plans to make this possible in the future, but there is no schedule available yet.

While Hubshare itself doesn't yet have the notification capability like Teemu mentioned, you may be able to send such notifications from M-Files side with the Advanced Notifications module. This depends on what content the widget is displaying and who should get notified, i.e. can you create a notification rule that would detect when a document is shared to Hubshare (for instance based on the workflow state).

Advanced Notifications is an add-on module, please contact your M-Files representative if this is something you would like to discuss about more.
