Hello,
I created a Hubshare user as internal instead of external. When I tried to change it in M-Files, I got a message saying that I could not and that I had to do it in Hubshare. When I go to Hubshare I don't see how to do it.
The main reason for changing this, is that the user has access to the Activities button
and I thought that option was reserved only for admins, but now I see that any internal user can see it.
I hope you can help me.

Thanks for the reply. I tried to follow your instructions to the best of my abilities, but I could not find an option to Update now
I sent the user a new link to create a new password.. and disabled the internal account. In M-Files I have the record for the Hubuser and it still says Internal user.
Go to settings
Internal users
Click on the 3 points next to a user and modify
Then you can edit the e-mail :

Then you can use that same e-mail as an external.
Please use the guide as it can give you answers you need, or if you potentially need a training, you can go through your Account Manager if needed.

When the changes are made in Hubshare, you can ask the M-Files Plugin for Hubshare to sync via the "Update now" as I mentioned in the reply before:

Should I raise a support request? I can also see that both the hubshare application and the plug in are not the latest versions.

The version 5 is planned for this week-end. Cloud Hubshare is always up to date
