Hubshare reporting and audit trail - events tracked

One of my hubs is only for people to go and search for M-Files objects that do not have a file attached.  I have not found in the new reporting tools anything that would show me who has performed a search or who has logged in.

I am afraid that I a missing a key activity.

Thanks in advance,

Irene

  • Hi Irene,

Sorry for the super long delay, apparently we missed this post!

This is indeed correct: you have a way today to know who exactly connect or access a hub. Performing a search is not tracked neither in the widget activities.

Having the exhaustive list of users accessing a hub and the date is something we can do, we already have the information.

About the search, I have to confess it's the first I heard about this request, and I'm at the moment not sure if we want to implement this. We keep your idea/remark in mind for latetr if other customers/partners come with the same need.

In the meantime, I see the value of having the list of the hub user accesses, and I will log in our backlog.

Thank you for your feedbacks, always interesting to read you.

    Best regards
