NewtonSoft.JSON 13.0.3 usage in a VAF

The VAF does not support this version, unfortunately.  I am aware that some people have worked around this in various ways but, at least officially, it has a hard restriction on 10.0.3.

Yes: I am aware of the pain this causes.  Yes: long-term we want to resolve this.  Yes: I am very frustrated by it as well.

Thank you for your response. We will take another route and program our own DocuSign connector.
