Hi,
This is interesting and weird.
I have created an M-Files vault application that pulls out objects based on 4 object types and create an object linked to these objects and there is a lot of data in the vault.
In the application, I have created 4 such arrays which contains objects of 4 object types.
I am also mapping them with each other according to their structure and then showing them in 4 dropdowns (one for each object type). Then the user is supposed to select appropriate objects from each dropdown and application will do further process.
As I am vault admin, so I can see everything in the vault.
When I start this application, it shows all the objects in 1st dropdown, little less number of objects in second and so on.
But, I tried the same on my colleague's machine who are just M-Files users and have basic rights. They do not have rights to 90% of the objects which I can. But they get all the objects that they can access in the application dropdowns.
Is this because there is some limit to the amount of data that an application can fetch or is there any such limit for IE and if not, then what can be the possible reason?
Please Help..! :)
P.S. I can guarantee that this has nothing to do with access rights. I have tried everything possible.
