Search condition - date contains

Question

Hi 
 
 i would like to set a search where i check the year part in a date property. 
 for example 
 i would like to get all objects, that have the year 2022 in some date property.

If you're using the VAF Extensions then there's a nice "Year" extension method you can use: VAF.Extensions.Community/DateTimes.cs at master &middot; M-Files/VAF.Extensions.Community (github.com) 
 If you're not using the VAF Extensions then take a look at how the "Year" extension method works and mimic that.

If you are working in vbscript you could use the DatePart function as in DatePart("yyyy",<my date>) = 2022
