Exporting excel to M-files vault using VBA

Hi,

Our organisation just moved to M-files. Normally, I would export my Excel files as PDF using VBA.

Now I would like to replicate this workflow but upload to M-files instead.

Does anyone know if it is possible to upload a file to M-files using VBA? I cannot seem to find any clue in the documentation!

If you do decide to do this - and I agree with some other comments that you may want to rethink it - it would be possible to show the metadata card via VBA: M-Files API - ShowPrefilledNewObjectWindow Method

That way the user still has to go through the process of filling the metadata card in, but you could choose to pre-populate a lot of it for them if you have the data available in some other way.
