Yes I saw this script but how about the code need to be completed : line 16-29, line 22 and line 25 as explain ?

I'm not sure...  What part needs to be completed?

I'll be honest that I don't use VBScript a huge amount very much, but I am pretty sure that the specific section I linked to (the code under "Creating the Object") is the full version that doesn't need additional changes.

I just would like to create a document when a status is reach in a workflow. If there is another way instead of using script I am aware 

There's no simple checkbox to do this.  I notice that you posted in the API section though so the comments are likely to focus on code.

If you don't want a code approach then I believe that the Unitfly Extension Kit may provide some functionality that could help.

Could Property Calculator Addon provide this functionality?

I know that Property Calculator can create objects, but I don't think it can copy an existing object with files and the like.  I'm happy to be proven wrong though!

The Unitfly Extension kit (which is a third-party application requiring a separate licence) definitely does support copying objects via their "Object Creation" module: Object Creation - Unitfly Toolkit for M-Files
