Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint

This has to do with a duplicate key in the database's Objecttor table, check if you have any integration so that when you create an object it is added to this table, it is probably adding a primary key that already exists in the table.

This has to do with a duplicate key in the database's Objecttor table, check if you have any integration so that when you create an object it is added to this table, it is probably adding a primary key that already exists in the table.

But this error appears before create any object, I just drag and drop file to M-Files Desktop, then directly that error appears,

I am just going to also highlight - for wider visibility - that integrations should never interact directly with the database, even just to read data.

The only supported way to create integrations is via the APIs.  If you need to read significant volumes of data then the Reporting Module is also a supported methodology.
