Editing Filtering via the deffinition

Good day, I have a client who links meeting agendas with an added definition field called Related documents.

The default filtering is by Name ascending or descending when she is searching for the document or scrolling.

We want to filter it rather by the last used date or something more relevant.

Any Ideas?

Kind Regards

  • Unfortunately sorting is currently always based on the name. Could they consider moving the date to the beginning of the title so that they would sort in the right order? E.g. 2024/04/09 Departmental Meeting - Meeting Minutes. (Or on second thought would that even make a difference here?)

The other option you could look into is adding an additional filter condition so that only recent meeting minutes are shown in the list, for instance anything created within the past month or so. Then the list would be shorter and make the selection easier.
