After the 24.11.14245.5 version update, 60 out of our 700 devices have not been able to remove the previous version (24.10.14158.3). As more devices continue to receive updates, this number is increasing. When we contacted the support team, we were informed that, on the affected devices, the service needs to be restarted individually, and then the previous version must be manually removed. These processes are significantly increasing our workload. Do you have any alternative solutions that could help reduce this workload?
