Hi All!
I have a special case. A customer wants to store some blueprints in the M-Files (for example files with DWG extension). The users make some annotation on it. It is clear to use the Annotation and redlining functionality on the vault.
But they want to merge this annotations with the dwg file to send it to some external users to correct it.
Do You have some experience for that?
How to merge the file with its annotations?

Users can save a copy of the document and its annotations as a PDF from the annotation toolbar (Save Copy As... option).
Check the supported file formats for annotations from the user guide.
