Hiding Main Object and Related Object

If you want to hide some object types fully from views and search results, there's an option for this under Advanced Vault Settings > Search > Excluded Object Types.

Otherwise I don't really understand the use case: why are you wanting to hide these objects? Couldn't you just modify their permissions so that users don't see them?

Thank you for your reply. Our client requested to modify the views like that for some reason, but they did not explain why they want to hide these objects. I also suggested modifying the permissions, but it seems they do not want to. I'll try your suggestions, and hopefully, they will like the result.
