Hide state transition comment dialog box - change not taking effect in vault

Hello, I found instructions for hiding the comment dialog box that pops up when a user changes the workflow state. I have it set to 'do not show comment dialog', saved the changes, but it didn't work. I tried restarting the vault, but the comment dialog box continues to pop up. Am I missing a step? 
 This is the current setting, but the change state comment dialog box continues to open:

These client settings typically require you to log out of the vault and back in to get the new behavior. I would have assumed that vault restart is enough but perhaps try also doing an explicit log out from the desktop client still? You need to select "Log Out" from the top menu, closing the client window is not enough.
