user from different group never receive an email notification

Hi, some user groups are not receiving email notifications, but they are getting notifications in M-Files. the email address is correct and never in spam

    IF they are able to recieve assignments, that just means they have a valid user account. IF they do not recieve any e-mail notifications, their user accounts might not contain E-Mail address. You can check from admin panel -> login accounts.
