Error with Metadata saving from Microsoft

Hi all,

I am currently getting an error when saving a file from any Microsoft software. 

As you save attachments from Outlook, when filling out the metadata, then hit save. 

When you go to M-Files, all the metadata is showing nil and just has the title as (empty). See the screenshot attached....

Is this a common fix as i've never come across this yet.
