We are implementing M-Files for our customers and faced a usability issue.
When a user selects a workflow state transition (for example, “Take into execution”), they also need to click the Save button afterwards. Many users assume the action was completed after pressing the workflow button, and forget to click Save. As a result, the document remains in the previous state.
Additionally, we would like to hide or disable the Comment field that appears next to the Save button, since our process does not require comments.

Our questions are:
1. Is it possible to configure M-Files so that workflow state transitions are automatically saved (without requiring the user to click Save)?
2. Can we disable or hide the Comment field in the client UI?
3. Or should we contact M-Files vendor support for a customization/API solution?
