New Client Desktop Frustrations

The new M-Files Desktop is under continuous development, and we are introducing performance improvements in Q1. Keyboard shortcuts are also on our backlog. I have a similar question: in our system, we create "Transmittal" objects that we use to tie together a transmittal email and the specific document version that was sent or received. This ensures we understand exactly which version was sent or received and when. In the old client, we could create the transmittal object then drag and drop the applicable document onto the object to create a relationship and select "Specific Version". That option doesn't appear to exist anymore, and Workspaces don't solve the problem either.
