Hi all, we have a scenario whereby the event log shows the downloading event for users with multiple downloads split in just few seconds. Users claimed that they did not download anything and first come into my mind is the anti-virus. I do a quick check by run the anti-virus in my machine to scan m-files drive, and it really download the files to scan.
So, I advise them to put the M drive as exception list in anti-virus scanning. Besides anti-virus, is there any possibility that will triggered the download event? The download event is still occurred in some of the machine although they added M as exception list (Confirmed that M-Files are use M Drive).
