How come that when you open a document in the web access that you have edit rights to, sometimes the document just downloads and doesn't check it out, and sometimes you get the option to check it out.
We would like to see that the option to check it out always comes up.
I've tested it on my own computer in Chrome and it worked fine (I could check it out), I couldn't check it out when I tried it in IE on the same computer. My colleague tried it on her computer in Chrome and she couldn't check it out either.
We used the same test profile, so the access rights to the documents and all other circumstances were the same.
Does anybody have a suggestion.
