Convert to PDF not functioning correctly.

Hi,
Having this issue on an 3 pc's (the other 100 working fine)
Server and Client running version 2015.3(11.3.4330.130)
The user right clicks on an excel document in the vault, and then chooses 'Sharing email and pdf" and then 'Convert to pdf(adds a seperate file)' the file prints to their default printer and does not create the pdf. If i try it on another pc and the same excel file, it converts it fine.
Tried so far:
removed and reinstalled the pdf-xchange driver - this did not work.
Removed and reinstalled the client - this did not work.
removed client and pdf-exchange driver. Restarted pc and installed mfiles (mfiles autoinstalled the pdf-exchange driver). Issue still persists.
Clients are all running windows 10 (various versions)

  • Support was not able to recreate the problem. We tested a bit on my computer:
    1) If Excel is or has been started before the attempt to convert to PDF, the procedure completes successfully.
    2) If logged on to the PC with a different Windows user account, the procedure completes successfully.
It appears that the error is related to some sort of corruption in the Windows profile on your computer.
The hard way would be to create a new user account and copy everything but Ntuser.dat, Ntuser.dat.log and Ntuser.ini to the new profile.
Hoping that someone can come up with an easier solution....?
For now I would recommend that you makes sure to start Excel before you attempt to convert xls(x) documents to PDF.
