M-Files New Web Client authentication

Hello,

In the old web client, users could authenticate using their e-mail address and domain password.

In the new client, I see that this does not work anymore, the user should type their domain\user in the username field.
Will authentication using e-mail address be restored?

Also, in the old web client there is a button to switch vaults which is missing in the new web client, which makes it hard to switch vault. The user has to logout in order to choose a different vault.

Hello,

I have a simillar problem. I log to the new web site(vNext), than select vault and than "access denied" appear.

The user has access to the vault.

Do the customers that get the access denied use a proxy server?

after succesfully login, I can select from listing vaults:

when select Helpdesk, error appear "access denied":

i can log to the standard Mfiles client, installed on PC.

This is probably an issue regarding incorrect encoding of your local character set. There is a fix for this at least for Turkish characters in this month's upcoming release and it might also work for other languages.

If the next update does not solve your problem, please send a ticket to our support team.
