For example:
This picture will be as first of all pictures or will be selected by some property.

You can place a picture on the metadata card header, but this would be a static image (i.e. the same image for all objects matching the metadata card configuration rule) and not something picked on a per-object basis:
Based on your example you perhaps wanted to display the employee photo on the metadata card? This is not directly possible and would require developing a separate employee dashboard (shown in its own tab) to display the photo. Information on dashboards on the Developer Portal: developer.m-files.com/.../
