Oppo mobile phone fault

I am a regular user of M-files mobile and have until recently used a Huawei Nova 3i with no issues. I have recently updated my phone to an Oppo A57s and every time I try to open the same file in checked out mode I get a "The file content cannot be displayed" fault come up.

I can open this file in read only mode, edit it but of course cannot save this as the same file name.

Is there a known fault and fix available?

    Hi Heidi. Thanks for the suggestion but as an end user and not the manager of our system I don't think I have the authority to do that. My IT team was going to do this through our provider of the service but I was hoping that someone may have struck this and had a fix that I can implement faster than waiting for the official channels.

    I understand.  I've not personally heard of any general Android issues like this.  It's of course possible that there's some incompatibility with that specific handset (I use Android, but not Oppo) that I would not have heard about.

    I think support are best-placed to help you here.   I understand that it may take a while to raise the case through your IT (and potentially through your reseller), but our support team have the tools and knowledge to be able to competently respond.

    I'm sorry that this isn't the answer you were looking for.
