I am part of a team that support the M-files system.
I was on a call with M-files support regarding a server issue & they mentioned that the the clients should be updating.
We have a number that still have v12 of the client installed.
When checking for updates we get the following.
Status: FAILED (0x800706BA)
In the office we sit behind a proxy (assume the application is not proxy aware), but when at home this proxy is not used, so straight out of my ISP.
No matter where I am I get this error.
I did a wireshark trace & can see the client connecting to the site on port 80. This shows in the trace
Incomplete, SYN_SENT
So looks like it is not getting an ACK back. Is there any additional logging that can be turned on on the client to help me identify what the issue is?
