Parameter is incorrect message

Dear All,

After 23.4 desktop release some users receive "The parameter is incorrect" error message.

See below:

We are on 23.4 (server and desktop klients too).

What should I do with it? Any idea?

    Dear Craig,

    Thank you for your answer.

    Yes, our colleagues have already rebooted their machines and we have tried to destroy the local data at computer-specific settings, but it didn't solve the problem.

    They still receive this message. We identified one further detail, this message appears when we create new documents, but at several different user, different vaults and types and random time.

    Ok, we will raise the contact with local M-Files reseller.
