Unable to Preview PDF files

Hello all

M-Files 8.0.2910.10 is currently running on a 64-bit Windows Server environment - with users connecting onto the server with RDP and we are unable to preview PDF files in the left-hand pane.

There was a registry fix to enable 64-bit windows 7 users and above to preview, but this fix has already been applied with no change. Usually, if there is a dependency missing, an error appears with a "unable to preview" sign.

I only get a blank preview box.

What could I do to remedy the problem?

Hi -- are the thumbnails visible on C: drive on the server computer? What PDF viewer you have installed on the server?

Also, have you tried the vault maintenance operation to reset the thumbnail images (in M-Files Server Administrator)?
