Since update to 23.8, some users need to refresh (F5) to see newly created document

Since the update to 23.8, I've some users that can't see a document created or copied unless (s)he is using the F5.

It seems this was also an issue on 11.1 and was solved in next update.

Hope it will be the same.

I've noticed the same. I've increased the interval on Adv Vault Settings > Configuration > Client > Desktop > Listing > automatic refresh to try and help it

+1 for this issue. Metadata updates are not showing in the View unless a user presses f5 to manually refresh the view.

I'm not aware of any changes around caching and the like in 23.8, although it's entirely possible that I'm simply not aware of them. Has anyone raised this yet with support to investigate further?
