Metadata Card theme color values are not working

I will raise this question to the appropriate team.  I notice that this question has also been posted in the partner area.

Odd. I posted this one since the first post is not visible to me anywhere. (And I lost the 25 points you get from posting it) I even got a like from the other post in my profile today, but when I click on the link to that first post it says page not found..

I raised this internally and they noticed that your background colour was missing the preceding "#".  It should be "#FFFFFF".  I didn't notice that when you posted.

They tested this and with the hash it should work.

Ah okay thanks! I usually copy hex codes with a color picker and sometimes hash gets left out. That being said In Advanced Vault Configuration the hash gets filled in automatically if missing why doesn't the same apply for Metadata Card Configuration? M-Files even recognises the color value in the configuration without the hash.

I can raise that with the team and see whether there's something they can do.  Remember though that I think all valid CSS colours would work here, so you could also add the word "white"; it's not as simple as "just" adding the hash prefix.

I think you are missing access to the Partner Group, you can request access via Groups > Partners from the top menu. Membership is usually approved in 1-2 working days.

Ahh, I understand - I think this was my fault.

I think I saw the partner badge, thought the post was more suited to the partner group, and moved it.  My apologies Sere - I caused the confusion.

No problem. I sent the request today after I found out the post went there.
