Error (No Such Interface Supported) When Trying To Create New Date Property

Dear Friends,

I need some help here please...

I am trying to follow the workaround outlined in  "Date Created" property in M-Files (site.com) to create a new date property that we reflect the object import date into M-Files. However, I get the error ''No Such Interface Supported'' when I click on Apply.

Please see the screenshots below:

Could there be something I am doing wrong? Kindly advise please.

Thanks.

(M-Files Server Version is 19.3.7499.3)

  • Can you show the full error?

I can't find a bug in our tracker around this.  If you have a maintenance and support agreement then it'd probably be an idea to raise this with support@m-files.com.

  • Hi Kay,

Unfortunately that error stack doesn't point directly to any issue with the code.  My suggestion is to get this looked at by support@m-files.com, if you have an active support and maintenance contract.
